These general guidelines help authors prepare and submit manuscripts to journals published by GLOBAL RESEARCH & ACADEMIC PUBLISHING LTD (GRAP). Each journal may provide additional, journal-specific instructions on its own website.
Before You Submit
Select the most appropriate GRAP journal for your work and read its aims and scope carefully.
Ensure that the manuscript is original, free from plagiarism and not under consideration elsewhere; this applies to all article types (e.g., original research, reviews, case reports, short communications).
Confirm that all authors have approved the final version and agree with the order of authorship.
Check that all required ethics approvals and patient/participant consents have been obtained where applicable.
Manuscript Preparation
Prepare your manuscript in clear and professional English, following the structure appropriate for the article type you are submitting (e.g., original research, review, case report, short communication).
Include all components required by the journal, such as the title page, abstract, keywords, main text, tables, figures and references.
If the journal uses double-blind review, remove any information in the manuscript file that may directly reveal the identity of the authors.
Ensure that all tables and figures are clearly labelled, numbered and cited correctly in the main text.
References & Style
Follow the reference style specified by the selected journal (e.g., Vancouver, APA or another style).
Verify that all in-text citations appear in the reference list and that all listed references are cited in the text.
Include DOIs where available and check the accuracy of journal titles, years, volumes, issues and page numbers.
Make sure that any supplementary material is clearly labelled and mentioned in the manuscript.
Online Submission Process
Create or log in to your author account in the chosen journal’s OJS system.
Follow the submission wizard step by step, completing all metadata (title, abstract, keywords, affiliations, etc.).
Upload the main manuscript, figures, tables and any supplementary files in the required formats.
Provide ORCID iDs and full contact information for the corresponding author.
After Submission
You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail from the journal system.
The editorial office will perform an initial screening and may request clarifications or technical corrections.
Manuscripts that pass screening are sent for peer review; authors should respond promptly to revision requests.
Final acceptance is based on peer-review reports, editorial judgement and compliance with journal policies.
Fees & Open Access
GRAP journals currently do not charge article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees.
Any future changes to APCs will be clearly announced on the journal websites and in the policy section.
Articles are published under an open access licence, allowing broad reuse with proper citation.
